1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and dmbet ("dmbet," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://dmbet.app ("Platform"). 2.3 One Account Per Player
Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the dmbet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. dmbet is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
dmbet is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all registered players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3 Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dmbet account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
dmbet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify dmbet immediately via the support channels listed in Section 14 of these Terms.
All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified dmbet of a security breach prior to such activity occurring. dmbet reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
4.1 Currency
All financial transactions on the dmbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Where a transaction is initiated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees may be charged by your payment provider.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
dmbet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. dmbet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. The same payment method used for a deposit must generally be used for the corresponding withdrawal, subject to applicable limits and availability.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your dmbet account within one (1) minute of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard interbank processing times. dmbet is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or financial institution.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed by dmbet within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within the same business day for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. dmbet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for reviewing current transaction limits before initiating any financial transaction.
4.6 Player Funds
Player funds held in dmbet accounts are maintained in accounts segregated from dmbet's operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in the event of dmbet's insolvency, though it does not constitute a guarantee of repayment in all circumstances.
5 Betting Rules and Game Conduct
All games available on the dmbet Platform — including live dealer casino games, slot machines, bingo, HRG Live virtual sports, and table tennis betting — are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
All bets are final once confirmed. dmbet does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in circumstances where a game or event is declared void in accordance with the applicable game rules. Results generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology are final and binding.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, dmbet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes to the players' accounts. dmbet's decision in such matters is final.
6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
6.1 General Bonus Terms
dmbet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
dmbet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
dmbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, dmbet will honor the terms applicable at the time of the claim, provided the player has not engaged in any prohibited conduct.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dmbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any such discovery must be reported to dmbet immediately;
- Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems;
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward dmbet staff or other players;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on the dmbet Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of dmbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of dmbet.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dmbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
dmbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dmbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dmbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. dmbet is not responsible for any loss or damage to your device or data arising from your use of the Platform.
10 Responsible Gaming
dmbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. We recognize that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming as a recreational activity, some individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors. dmbet takes this responsibility seriously.

11 Account Suspension and Termination
11.1 Suspension by dmbet
dmbet reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where suspension is required for regulatory compliance or security purposes. During a suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals.
11.2 Termination by dmbet
dmbet may permanently close your account and terminate your access to the Platform where: (a) you have materially breached these Terms; (b) you have provided false information during registration or KYC; (c) you are found to be under 21 years of age; (d) you have engaged in prohibited activities as described in Section 7; or (e) continued operation of your account would expose dmbet to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
11.3 Termination by Player
You may close your dmbet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
11.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13 — shall continue to apply.
12 Amendments to These Terms
dmbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dmbet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.3.
13 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and dmbet, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting dmbet's customer support team. dmbet will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to a regulatory matter, it may also be referred to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority for adjudication in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.
